The Broadband Tax Institute Annual Conference will be held at The Phoenician, Scottsdale, Arizona. A block of rooms is being held for conference registrants. Early registration/reservations are encouraged. All room rates are subject to prevailing fees/taxes. The BTI block of rooms will be released for sale to the public on September 26, 2011. Requests for accommodations after that date, or sooner if the block sells out, cannot be ensured.
Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations, and may do so by calling 1-800-888-8234.

ROOM RATES: The contracted room rate is $295. . *PLEASE NOTE: BTI will buydown up to 150 rooms each night (Sunday through Tuesday) to the rate of $250.
*Registrants are urged to make their reservations early.
DRESS CODE: Attire is business casual throughout. You may want to bring a light jacket/sweater for air conditioned conference rooms. In late October, Scottsdale's average high temperature is 88 degrees and the average low temperature is 57 degrees. Average Sunrise is 6:32 AM, Sunset 5:55 PM.
CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES:
Golf: The Annual BTI Golf Tournament will be starting at 12:30 PM (Shotgun Start) on Sunday, October 23, 2011 at The Phoenician Golf Club (Desert/Oasis courses). Range balls, golf cart, and boxed lunch are included with the golf activity fee; however, you will be personally responsible for rental club charges. *Please call Ron Johnston @ 480-423-2457 for rental club inquiries.

Spa: Once your registration and payment is received noting your interest in the spa, you will be sent an email with information on spa treatments and instructions on how to make your spa reservations. Please make your spa reservations early to ensure availability. *PLEASE NOTE: Any amount exceeding $200 will be the sole responsibility of the individual and reservations must be made in advance.
IMPORTANT INFO: Refunds: for conference cancellations made after Friday, September 30, 2011 will be made at the sole discretion of the BTI.
Conference fees include the following: Cocktail Reception on Sunday, October 23; Continental Breakfast, Luncheon, and Dinner on Monday, October 24; Continental Breakfast, Luncheon, and Banquet on Tuesday, October 25; Continental Breakfast on Wednesday, October 26; All Refreshment Breaks and all Conference Materials.
The fees for spouse/guest include the following: Cocktail Reception on Sunday, October 23; Dinner on Monday, October 24; Banquet on Tuesday, October 25.
