CONFERENCE DETAILS:
The Broadband Tax Institute Annual Conference will be held at the St. Regis Resort, Monarch Beach in Dana Point, California. A block of rooms is being held for conference registrants. Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations, and may do so by calling 1-949-234-3200.

Conference Fees:
If paying your registration fees via check, please make checks payable to the Broadband Tax Institute. Please attach your check to a copy of your registration form and mail to Stephen J. McGuar, Broadband Tax Institute, 183 Inverness Drive West, Lower Level, Englewood, CO 80112.

*Registrations will not be considered complete until we receive your payment.
*Registrations cannot be accepted over the phone and/or via fax.

Room Rates:
Garden/Resort View Rooms are available at the discounted rate of $249 per night.

Any Garden/Resort View Rooms above the room block will be at the group rate of $295 (based on availability) or will be offered at the best available rate at the time of booking.

Pool View Rooms are available at the rate of $320 and Ocean View Rooms are available at the rate of $345, if you choose to upgrade.

All room rates are subject to prevailing taxes. The BTI block of rooms will be released for sale to the public on September 3, 2008. Requests for accommodations after that date, or sooner if the block sells out, cannot be ensured.

*Registrants are urged to make their reservations early.

Dress Code:
Attire is business casual throughout. You may want to bring a light jacket/sweater for air conditioned conference rooms.



CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES:

TENNIS: If you would like to participate in the Tennis Tournament on Monday, October 20, 2008 @ 5:00 PM, please contact Jack Taylor directly at jtaylor@fulbright.com or 713-651-5670.




GOLF: The Annual BTI Golf Tournament will be starting at 1:00 PM on Sunday, October 19, 2008 at the Pelican Hill Golf Club Ocean North Course. Range balls and golf cart are included with the golf activity fee, however, you will be personally responsible for rental club charges, if applicable.

SPA: Please see the attached list of treatments available for the BTI. Please note: Any amount exceeding $200 will be the sole responsibility of the individual and reservations must be made in advance. Please make your spa reservations early to ensure availability. *You will receive confirmation once your reservation has been made.



IMPORTANT INFO:
Refunds for conference cancellations made after Friday, September 26, 2008 will be made at the sole discretion of the BTI.

Conference fees include the following: Cocktail Reception on Sunday, October 19; Continental Breakfast and Luncheon on Monday, October 20; Continental Breakfast, Luncheon, and Banquet on Tuesday, October 21; All Refreshment Breaks and all Conference Materials.

The fees for spouse/guest include the following: Cocktail Reception on Sunday, October 19 and Banquet on Tuesday, October 21.
